Explore your unique vision and creative direction. Work with everyday
materials: fine papers, magazine papers, reproductions, and your
own recycled art. Paint
papers, and create collage media. Embellish with pencil, pen & ink, paint,
photographs, photocopies, lace, ribbons, & found objects.
Learn color, value
and design. Explore personal imagery, reference contemporary and
historic collage by important artists. Learn about media, what Ph
Neutral and Archival paper is, the difference between adhesives and
glues, the art of appropriation (and avoiding copyright infringement).
Classes include demonstration, discussion and individual attention.
